# ORDO

> A private, local-first document toolkit for PDFs, images, spreadsheets and data. Free, no sign-up; files stay on your device. Public beta.

ORDO edits text in supported PDFs, adds supported text, pictures and signatures, redacts for good, numbers pages, watermarks, manages pages, merges, splits and converts PDFs and images, and converts CSV, Excel and JSON while preserving readable text, identifiers and leading zeros.

- Processing happens in the user's browser; files are not uploaded.
- UI locales: English (reference, /en) and Thai (/th). Each translates the same product story. Document language limits are listed at /en/languages.
- Price: free, no account. It is a public beta.
- Limits: Text already in a PDF is edited directly only where that can be done safely; otherwise a labelled cover-and-retype is offered. Scanned pages are not read (no OCR). No certificate-based digital signatures. Password-protected PDFs must be unlocked first.
