Text and numbers stay intact
Names, account numbers and reference IDs need to survive the trip from a document to a spreadsheet. See what supported conversions preserve, and what they cannot recover.

Café Solutions
Reading UTF-8 with the wrong encoding can turn Café Solutions into Café Solutions. A CSV does not reliably declare its encoding.
Review the detected encoding before converting. CSV output uses UTF-8 with a byte-order mark so compatible spreadsheet readers recognize the text.

Automatic number typing drops leading zeros from phone numbers, account references and codes.
Supported conversion keeps leading-zero values as text in XLSX. A missing zero cannot be recovered without knowing the original value.
0105536012345 becomes 1.05536E+11
Common import problem
1.05536E+11

An identifier is not an amount. Spreadsheet number typing can drop its first zero or round values longer than 15 significant digits.
Keep identifiers as text through conversion and structured export. Digits already lost in the input are not reconstructed.
Preservation before convenience
ORDO uses conservative cell typing and explicit encoding. It preserves source values instead of inventing missing digits or rewriting ambiguous formats.
Keep PDF text understandable
Supported PDF text is read from its source mappings. When the source is incomplete or unreliable, ORDO shows uncertainty instead of silently guessing. Editing and language capabilities have explicit limits.
How to edit supported PDF textReview before structured export
Smart Extract proposes fields from supported digital invoices, shows source evidence and may leave uncertain fields blank. You review the values before CSV or Excel export.
